Common pricing questions.

Do credits expire?

Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Free or promotional credits (like the signup credit) are valid for 15 days.

Can I get a refund if a PPAP fails to process for technical reasons?

Yes. If our system fails to process a submission due to an internal error, the credit is automatically refunded to your account. No questions asked.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), processed securely via Stripe. We don't store your card details.

Do you offer team or enterprise plans?

The 20-pack is our most cost-effective per-analysis rate. For organizations needing more than 100 analyses per month, contact us at support@drppap.com for custom enterprise pricing.

Is there a free trial?

New accounts get 1 free analysis credit on signup (valid for 15 days) so you can test the system with a real PPAP before committing.

Will my PPAP data be used to train AI?

Never. Our AI provider's commercial terms prohibit training on customer content, your uploaded files are deleted within 60 seconds of analysis completion, and reports auto-delete after 15 days.
